Cookie Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This policy lists every cookie and similar technology used on this website, what it does, who sets it and how long it lasts. You can change your choices at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

What cookies and technologies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies (such as browser local storage) serve the same purpose. Strictly necessary technologies do not require consent; advertising and analytics technologies do, and remain blocked until you allow them.

Strictly necessary (always active)

  • kinetiq_cookie_consent_v1 — first party. Stores your cookie choices so we do not ask again. Lasts 12 months.
  • Sign-in session token — set by the platform (Base44) when you log in to the clinic application, to keep you authenticated. Essential for secure access.
  • Conversion de-duplication flag — first-party local storage entry (gads_signup_*) that prevents a signup conversion being counted twice for the same account.

Analytics

  • We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we ever add privacy-friendly analytics, this policy and the consent banner will be updated first.

Advertising measurement (consent required)

Until you accept, the Google Ads script is not loaded at all — no advertising cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google for this purpose.

  • Google Ads conversion tracking — set by Google (googletagmanager.com) after you accept advertising cookies. Tells us whether an advert led to an enquiry, demo request or subscription. Cookies may include _gcl_au and IDE, lasting up to 24 months. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd.

Functional

  • We do not use additional functional cookies.

Withdrawing or changing consent

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Rejecting advertising cookies stops the Google Ads script from loading and firing conversion events. Essential cookies cannot be switched off because the site cannot function securely without them.
